Servicing

Refunds on Services paid upfront are only available 24 hours before the booked date – alternately you may use the credit to book a another date for your service.

Courses

Refunds on Maintenance courses are only available with 7 days notice. If you are unable to attend the date originally chosen you may use the credit to book another similarly priced course subject to availability.

Product Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 Product Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Security

When purchasing from Good Cycles with Paypal, card details are transmitted through a secure server using PayPal. Card data is not hosted by Paypal after processing.

When purchasing from Good Cycles by credit-card your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 128-bitSSL encryption is the current industry standard. Privacy policy

Good Cycles is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we>collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our monthly newsletter (if applicable) and to personalise your shopping experience with us; that’s all. Good Cycles uses cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from Good Cycles only last while you’re browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer. Cookies also allow us to give you a more personalised shopping experience by displaying products that interest you throughout our product pages, thus providing you with a more friendly, interesting and enjoyable shopping experience. Whenever you use our web site, or any other web site, the computer on which the web pages are stored (the Web server) needs to know the network address of your computer so that it can send the requested web pages to your Internet browser.
